Tropial is looking for a reliable and hardworking cleaner to help us take care of several vacation rental properties in Aruba.

For our guests, the first impression matters. When they open the door, everything needs to feel fresh, clean and ready for their vacation. That’s why we’re looking for someone who takes real pride in their work and understands that the small details make a big difference.

What you’ll do

You’ll clean and prepare vacation rentals between guest stays, including general cleaning, bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and living areas, and making sure the property is spotless and welcoming for the next guests.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, independent, flexible and detail-oriented. Because cleaning times depend on check-ins and check-outs, flexibility is important.

Having your own transportation is a must.

We offer the opportunity to work with multiple vacation rentals, flexible scheduling, fair pay and the possibility to grow with us as our portfolio in Aruba expands.
