4.2. Each listing must include:
- A clear and accurate description of the service
- Valid contact details (phone number and/or WhatsApp required)
- At least one image where applicable
4.3. All advertisements are subject to review and approval before publication.
4.4. Carib Worker reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify listings that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Article 5 – Payments & Subscription
5.1. Posting advertisements may be free during a promotional or trial period.
5.2. After this period, a monthly subscription fee may apply as indicated on the Website.
5.3. Failure to pay the subscription fee may result in deactivation or removal of listings.
5.4. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
5.5. Users may receive notifications regarding subscription status or renewal.
Article 6 – Reviews and Ratings
6.1. Users may leave reviews and ratings based on their experience.
6.2. Reviews must be honest, respectful, and not misleading or abusive.
6.3. Carib Worker reserves the right to remove or moderate reviews at its sole discretion.
