1.2. The Website is operated by CaribWorker (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1.3. By using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept, do not use the Website.
Article 2 – Platform Purpose
2.1. CaribWorker.com is a service listing platform that connects individuals and businesses offering services with potential clients across Caribbean islands.
2.2. The Website does not act as an employer, agent, or guarantor for any service providers or users.
Article 3 – User Eligibility
3.1. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or post advertisements.
3.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3.3. CaribWorker reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts containing false or incomplete information.
Article 4 – Posting Services
4.1. Service providers can post ads offering their services after creating an account.
4.2. Each listing must include:
• A clear service description
• Valid contact information (phone number and WhatsApp are mandatory)
• At least one image (where applicable)
4.3. All ads must be manually approved by CaribWorker before publication.
4.4. Listings violating our content policy may be rejected or removed.
Article 5 – Payments & Subscription
5.1. Posting an ad is free for the first 2 months (trial period).
5.2. After the trial, service providers must pay a subscription fee of $20 USD/month via PayPal.
5.3. Failure to pay results in ad deactivation.
5.4. All payments are final and non-refundable.
5.5. Users will receive notifications when their subscription is near expiry.
Article 6 – Reviews and Ratings
6.1. Clients may leave a review and rating after using a listed service.
6.2. All reviews must be honest, respectful, and non-abusive.
6.3. CaribWorker reserves the right to moderate or remove reviews violating these terms.
Article 7 – Prohibited Use
7.1. Users may not:
• Post illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Harass or impersonate others
• Disrupt the Website or its services
• Use the platform for spam or unsolicited communications
Article 8 – Liability and Disclaimers
8.1. CaribWorker is not responsible for:
• The outcome, quality, or legality of services offered
• Transactions or communications between users
8.2. Use of services listed on the Website is at your own risk.
8.3. CaribWorker shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from services arranged through the platform.

9.1. The Website and its content (logo, branding, design, etc.) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
9.2. Users may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content without written permission.
Article 10 – Suspension and Termination

11.2. Continued use of the Website after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
Article 12 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sint Maarten.
12.2. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Sint Maarten.
