Lesley Events is a full-service event company planning and coordinating celebrations on St. Maarten, on both the Dutch and the French side. Alongside planning, Lesley Events rents out the equipment a party needs, from chairs and tables to decorations and styling.

Event planning and coordination

Organising a celebration takes time most people do not have alongside work. Lesley Events takes over from the first idea: the concept, the planning, the suppliers and the coordination on the day itself. That means you are not checking whether the chairs arrived during your own wedding or birthday.

The company works on intimate gatherings as well as large-scale celebrations. The approach differs between them: a small dinner turns on atmosphere and detail, a large event on logistics, timing and directing several suppliers at once.

Working on an island with two sides

St. Maarten is split between two countries, with no border control between them. Lesley Events serves both sides, which helps when your venue is on the French side while your guests are staying on the Dutch side, or the other way round. Keep in mind that suppliers differ between the two and that moving between them takes time, particularly around Simpson Bay bridge.

Can I rent equipment without booking planning?

Yes. Planning and rentals are separate services. You can rent chairs, tables and linens and run the event yourself.

How far ahead should I book?

For a wedding, a few months is normal. During the December to April high season and around holidays the calendar fills up faster, so booking early is sensible.

Do you work on the French side?

Yes, Lesley Events serves both the Dutch and the French side of the island.
