wildforher is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team.
We're looking for someone who is friendly, motivated, and passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience. As the face of our boutique, you'll help customers find products they love while maintaining the high standards of the wildforher brand.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a warm, genuine manner.
- Provide product recommendations and styling advice from the brand.
- Process sales and handle cash/card transactions.
- Restock merchandise and maintain an organized, clean store.
- Help create an inviting shopping experience.
- Inventory counts and receiving new stock.
- Support daily store operations and opening/closing procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
- Languages: FRENCH (obligation), ENGLISH (optional but highly appreciated)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting light boxes when needed.
- Passion for wellness, fitness, or fashion is a plus.
